Hunter combines 19th century craftsmanship with 21st century design and technology to create ceiling Southern Breeze, a fan of unmatched quality, style, and whisper-quiet performance. Classic, timeless, and cleanly styled in designer Brushed Nickel, it's new take on old an favorite. Reversible Cherry/Maple blades let you customize your blade finish to furniture or wood molding. The three light fixture has frosted ribbed glass shades and uses three 60W candelabra bulbs (not included). Can be installed without light if desired. Whisper Wind quiet motor delivers the cooling power you want, without the noise you don't. Installer's Choice 3-position mounting system lets you mount your fan flush for more clearance, on a standard down rod, or using an extension down rod and angled mounting for steeply pitched ceilings. Designed for large rooms up to 400 square feet (37.1612 square meters), your Hunter fan used properly throughout the year can help to significantly decrease personal energy use without sacrificing comfort. A properly used fan can help to reduce summer cooling costs by up to 47-Percent* Limited lifetime warranty on fan motor only. 1 year limited warranty on other parts, excluding glass globes or light bulbs. *(On average at low speed setting. Top of the line.

In the past we always purchased Hunter fans. A local market had Harbor Breeze fans on a special. After trying two of them , the motors were noisy on both of them, I returned them and gave up on that brand. We purchased the Hunter fan and haven't had a problem with it. I will purchase Hunter fans in the future.
