The set up for this fan was not as easy for us as some other reviewers but it fits nicely into our small room and provides a good breeze to keep it cooler.

I used this one my outdoor patio and I love it. I switched the blades to the deep bronze color because I didn't like walnut (they are reversible )

The fan was as advertised. I installed as a ceiling hugger, without the downrod, in a bathroom. The instructions were easy to follow. The fan installed quickly and is operating nicely--it moves a lot of air quietly. It also has a very good look. I would definitely consider fan or another Kichler fan again.
