Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R379TNNY6SML8O I Ordered the Satin Nickel version of this fan from Wayfair but received the Burnished Bronze Finish one instead butlucky for me the wife likes the color so I installed it before she changed her mind. Install was easy but you haveto pay close attention to the instruction manual, Don't try to jump ahead like I tried to do then had to go backa few steps to get it right. Hardest part for me was to stuff all the wire's into the outlet box above the ceiling.That's were they have to go. The wires that come with it are way to long for the 6 inch extension rod, about a foot isall you need. The receiver is on the same frequency as my Harbor Breeze and Hampton bay fans so I had to change the4 dip switches so that it wouldn't interfere with them. My Hunter fan uses a different base frequency so no problem there.They give you a balance kit for the blades if you need it but mine runs perfect even at high speed there is no noiseor vibration. There is a 100 watt halogen screw in bulb that comes with it, it would be way to bright for me but thedimmer switch on the remote works very well, you can get it dimmed way down to a night light level if you wanted toplus there is a extra switch on the remote so you can turn the light to come on the level it was last set to. I see ifyou were to need a replacement bulb there only a few dollars(JDE11 LAMP T4 - Mini Candelabra Base) but I will replace it witha 50 watt bulb when it burns out. The glass shade that covers the lamp has to be pushed up and then turned to be installedbut there is nothing to grab on to, I found that by using a latex glove makes it a lot easier..all in all I think it's a nice fan..Note sometimes when you search for "AireRyder Rialta Ceiling Fan" on Amazon it will come up with the satin nickel one the next timeit comes up with the bronze one, the part number for the silver one is FN52241SN the bronze one is FN52243OBB but even doinga search on that will bring up the wrong one sometimes..Since they show a picture of what the fan looks like I will just upload apicture of the remote which takes a normal 9 volt battery..

I bought this fan for a friend's new house. It is sleek and modern and no more of those police interrogation lights blinding you. Looks great in the house and does a fantastic job of both cooling and lighting.
