The operational radius of up to 30-feet from the ceiling fan it operates gives you plenty of room to move around and not worry about moving out of range. 337001WH operates 3-speeds, manual reverse, and turns the ceiling fan on and off. If your ceiling fan features a light kit as well, it will turn it on and off and also offers full-range dimming for optimal light control right in the palm of your hand. 337001WH comes one per package, and includes a transmitter and canopy mounted receiver, one 9V battery, wall bracket, and all mounting hardware. I had been looking for a fan with a light and remote for out bedroom. I hunted through the reviews looking for something that would be suitable. Well made, good reviews on item not breaking down, quiet, looks good, inexpensive. Ended up emailing various manufacturers trying to find light, fan, and remote units that were compatible. Kichler responded with three items, I purchased on line. Handiman installed in an hour. Have had unit 3 months and love it. It looks good, but is unobtrusive, quiet, and does the job.
