I didn't receive the item I ordered

The items sent were replacement types that were almost identical. I received 2- Canarm Sherwood Polished Brass Three-Light 52-Inch Ceiling Fan with Frosted Glass- Bellacor Number: 619385.The replacement were sent w/o notifying me in any way.So far the replacements seem ok; but time will tell.

Seems nice, but wrong categorizing..

When we searched to buy a fan, we purposely looked for one with a remote control. This fan was categorized as a fan that brings a remote, HOWEVER.. it does NOT bring a remote.Other than the mistake on their part, it seems like a pretty decent fan.
