We just installed this fan in our home yesterday. Installation was easy with the appropriate fan bracket (this will depend on where the joists are in your ceiling, amazon sells the various brackets). Fan appears to work quietly without any vibration. Two items of note:The blades of the fan are plastic, not wood. They look nice, I had just thought they were wood from the photo when ordering.The light bulb is a halogen bulb (included). This keeps the profile low, but halogen bulbs get quite warm...maybe best to switch the light off when using the fan on a warm day.

Over the past several years, I've replaced all of the ceiling fans in my home (7 total). Four of these are the Minka-Aire brand. The most recent (and hopefully final) additions are two Minka-Aire F594-WH Traditional Concept White Outdoor 52" Ceiling Fans I purchased from Delmar Designs. In a word, these fans are outstanding, and are the best ones I've ever owned. They are highly efficient, move a LOT of air, and work off either the included wall control (WC212) or optional (separately purchased) remote control (RC212). I have my two F594-WH's in the master bedroom suite and due to the existing wiring, one is wall-controlled and the other is remote controlled. Regardless, they look great, work great, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase or with the top-notch customer service provided by Delmar Designs. Both the fans and Delmar have earned my highest recommendation.

So happy with this fan! I searched high and low for a ceiling fan that would meet all of our needs and this is the one that I kept coming back to. Well, it's not only met our needs but actually exceeded our expectations! We have low ceilings and needed a flush-mounted fan but didn't want to compromise on design. It was installed professionally, in no time, and there's no wobble at all. The air flow is excellent and whisper-quiet, even on high. No messy, eyesore fan pulls here, just a streamlined, wall mounted control panel, complete with 3 speeds, a reverse button and a dimmer pad for the light. Now, on to the light. Finally, a fan with a light that has enough output to actually be useful! Very happy with this purchase! Spent a little more than we anticipated but it's worth every penny. In this case, you really do get what you pay for :)
