This fan was exactly as pictured and arrived very quickly. Installation was very easy and even included the bulbs! Very nice.

Really, really nice fan!

I can't believe I'd be buying a ceiling fan off Amazon! I looked in every home-improvement store and then online fan stores and finally found exactly what I wanted here! I was looking for light-colored blades and everywhere I went they just sold dark blades (just like all the furniture is going 'dark' now). I wanted satin nickel to match all my other fixtures and that was also hard to find combined with the light blades. I didn't want a domed light like so many fans have, I need several lights to point in different directions. I needed a reversible-direction motor.This one fit all my criteria for $88! It arrived very-well packaged (more intricate than an Apple product!) The manual actually made sense! Installation went smoothly, but it did take two people on ladders. I have been running it daily for over a month (in reverse mode to push heat down from the ceiling while the woodstove is burning) and it is VERY quiet. I bought the correct remote (Savoy RMT001) which was installed with the fan, and it dims the lights nicely and changes the speed of the fan without using the silly (but pretty) pull-chains.I am very pleased with this product.
