We love this fan. It is silent in operation and elegantly designed. It does a great job of moving air. If you are looking for a quality fan, this is for you.

When our 15 year old Hampton Bay fan started clicking at night, keeping us up, our first thoughts were to get a Hunter fan. Once we got it installed, it is wonderfully quiet and unobtrusive.Regarding installation, it was slightly harder than we expected, but we got it up after several hours of work.We thought we were missing several fan mounting screws in the enclosed hardware packets. Only when I called Hunter support did I find out they were screwed in the fan motor.Overall, I would highly recommend this fan, but look on the fan itself for the screws that hold the fan blade screws.

The fan was easy to install. The fan blades are gloss not flat like other brands.Mostly I like the quiet. Replaced a FASCO (awesome fan too!)The light globe was cheap but I did not want it anyway. For the price a good deal.
