The TROPICAL BREEZE has a Chocolate Brown frame with a Frosted White glass light kit. Rattan Weaved Durable Plastic Blades are included in the box and ready for assembly. This particular fan requires two medium base 13-watt CFL. When it comes to passing inspection this fan is Rated for Indoor and covered outdoor use - UL, cUL, ETL, CE, TUV, and ROHS Certified and has a Limited Lifetime Warranty that is limited to the motor after the first year. This fan is quiet enough to hear a pin drop and moves air at 3 different speeds so you’re sure to find this a comfy addition to any room or patio. There is an optional Canopy Remote with receiver available for this fan that can not only control the fans speed but the lighting also if a light kit is installed. I'm using this fan on our outdoor porch. The fan looks great and puts out enough air to keep the bugs away and cool off the porch. I would recommend this fan.

We bought two of these fans for the porch of our new home in the Florida Keys. They are in an enclosed screened porch. They work wonderfully and provide a nice light. We put lower watt bulbs in to soften the evening light. We've had them for over two years and they still look brand new. We do budgie them up when we leave our vacation home in case of strong winds. We are looking to buy a third for our back porch. Very high quality product!

Although we haven't put this ceiling fan up yet we have looked at it. And it is beautiful! Hope it works as well as I think it will. I will update this review once it's installed!
